Every AW8 account in Singapore sits on one of seven tiers: Normal, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Ruby. The tier is not a badge on its own. It sets the ceiling on your Weekly Rescue, the slots percentage of your Instant Rebate, the size of your Birthday Bonus and the one-off reward for depositing through the app.

Seven VIP tiers and what each one changes
Four separate promotion cards use the same ladder, so a single upgrade moves several numbers at once. The table below puts them side by side. The rebate column is the slots rate; sports and live casino run on their own, lower percentages in the same Instant Rebate table.

From Bronze upwards the app reward needs SGD 1,000 deposited through the AW8 app, while the SGD 5 at Normal is released by a SGD 100 app deposit.
Read down the rebate column and the ladder is gentle: 0.5% to 1.0%, with Diamond and Ruby sharing the same 1.0% slots rate. The steps that change real money are the birthday figures, which jump from SGD 688 at Platinum to SGD 1,888 at Diamond, and the rescue caps. Those caps only bind once your weekly net loss passes SGD 5,000, because below that the fixed bands pay SGD 68 or SGD 118 at every tier. At 5%, a net loss of SGD 5,000 returns SGD 250, so a Normal member would need a net loss of SGD 13,760 before the SGD 688 cap even applies, and the way the rescue bands are structured matters far more week to week than the tier above you.
A tier records play you have already made. It is not a reason to deposit more, and a rebate or a rescue returns a small share of what was staked or lost rather than making a losing week good.

Ruby by invitation and renewal every three months
Ruby cannot be applied for. It is extended by invitation, which is why the card marks it separately from the six tiers below it. From Silver upwards your level is also renewed every three months rather than held for life, so the tier reflects recent activity and can move down as well as up. If that happens, the rescue cap, rebate rate, birthday amount and app reward all move with it, since they are read from the same ladder.
AW8 VIP transfer: bring your level across
If you already hold a VIP level somewhere else, the VIP Transfer Plan matches it instead of asking you to climb from Normal. Customer service verifies the level you claim, then your deposit is matched at the rate for that level, with x1 turnover on the credited amount.

The minimum deposit opens the offer; it rarely fills the cap. A Gold claim at the SGD 300 minimum pays 50%, so SGD 150, and x1 then means SGD 450 in valid bets before a withdrawal. Reaching the SGD 588 Gold cap at 50% takes a deposit of SGD 1,176. x1 is the lightest multiple our cards use, so here the turnover stays close to the money you put in, while most of our daily and weekly offers ask for more.

Birthday Bonus by tier
Your AW8 birthday bonus is claimed through Live Chat during your birthday month, with an ID check to confirm the date. The amounts follow the tier ladder above, from SGD 58 at Normal to SGD 3,888 at Ruby, and the card also sets a deposit count over the previous 60 days, which customer service confirms when you claim.
Turnover is x1 on most products, so a Gold member taking SGD 288 needs SGD 288 in valid bets. Play it on 918Kiss or Mega888 and a x2 winover applies instead, which doubles that to SGD 576. The practical move is to ask Live Chat early in the month rather than on the last day, so the ID check and the deposit count are settled in time.
AW8 referral rewards up to SGD 600
The Referral pays you from what your friend deposits in their first 30 days, not from what they lose. The first step is SGD 500 of accumulated deposits, which releases SGD 100 to you. SGD 1,000 releases a further SGD 200, taking the total to SGD 300, and the remaining steps up to SGD 600 are shown on the card itself. Each reward is redeemed through Live Chat and carries x3 turnover, so SGD 100 means SGD 300 in valid bets before it can leave your account.
This is the AW8 affiliate route open to members: you recommend us, and the reward is credited as a bonus to your own account rather than as a commission. Your friend can register and make that qualifying deposit from a phone, and the app bonus by tier gives them a separate one-off reward for depositing through the app.
