A week can go against you. If it goes against you by SGD 1,000 or more, the Weekly Rescue gives part of it back: a fixed SGD 68 or SGD 118 in the two lower bands, then 5% of your net loss once the week passes SGD 5,000, up to the cap of your tier.
It is a return, not a reversal. The money lands as a bonus with turnover attached, x5 in the fixed bands and x8 on the percentage band, and the claim window shuts on Tuesday afternoon. Below is how each figure is counted and what you have to do to get it.
AW8 weekly rescue calculator
Put last week’s three figures in and the calculator does the subtraction for you.
Rescue calculator
Set your budget first. A bonus, a rung or a rescue band is never a reason to deposit or stake more.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses for the Monday to Sunday week, plus your tier, are enough to produce two numbers: your net loss and the band that loss falls into. The calculator cannot see which provider your bets went to, so it treats the whole week as eligible. If part of it was spent on Allbet, Mega888 or 918Kiss, the figure customer service confirms will be lower than the estimate. Rescue also sits beside our other weekly offers rather than on top of them, because promotions are not combinable, so use the result to decide whether this is the one to claim for the week you have had.
How we count your net loss
Net loss is a defined sum, not simply the amount your balance fell by. We take your deposits for the week, subtract your withdrawals, then subtract any bonuses you received. The week itself runs from Monday 00:00:00 to Sunday 23:59:59, Singapore time. Every provider in the lobby counts towards it except Allbet, Mega888 and 918Kiss.
A worked example makes the order clear. Say you deposited SGD 6,000 across the week, withdrew SGD 500 and claimed SGD 200 in bonuses. Your net loss is SGD 5,300, which falls into the percentage band. The rescue is 5% of that, or SGD 265, and it carries x8 turnover: SGD 2,120 of valid bets before any of it can leave your account.
The AW8 rescue bonus table
Three bands cover every losing week from SGD 1,000 upwards, and the first two pay the same fixed amount to every tier.
| Net loss for the week | Rescue | Turnover |
|---|---|---|
| SGD 1,000 to SGD 2,499.99 | SGD 68 | x5 (SGD 340) |
| SGD 2,500 to SGD 4,999.99 | SGD 118 | x5 (SGD 590) |
| SGD 5,000 and above | 5% of net loss, up to your tier cap | x8 |
So a SGD 10,000 week returns SGD 500 and a SGD 20,000 week returns SGD 1,000, carrying SGD 4,000 and SGD 8,000 of valid bets respectively. The percentage is the same at every tier. What changes with tier is the ceiling it runs into.
Caps by tier
| VIP tier | Rescue cap |
|---|---|
| Normal | SGD 688 |
| Bronze | SGD 788 |
| Silver | SGD 888 |
| Gold | SGD 1,288 |
| Platinum | SGD 1,888 |
| Diamond | SGD 2,888 |
| Ruby | SGD 3,888 |
Because the rate is fixed at 5%, each cap also tells you the loss at which the band flattens out. A Normal member reaches SGD 688 at SGD 13,760 of net loss, and anything lost beyond that in the same week returns nothing extra.
Stated
Rescue up to SGD 3,888.
In practice
That is the Ruby cap, and Ruby is by invitation. Reaching it takes SGD 77,760 of net loss inside one Monday to Sunday week. A Normal member stops at SGD 688, which the 5% band hits at SGD 13,760.

Claiming between Monday and Tuesday
The rescue is not credited automatically. You apply for it through customer service on 24/7 Live Chat once the loss week has closed, and only inside a 24 hour window. Your Main Wallet has to be under SGD 5 at the moment you apply, so a balance above that has to be withdrawn or moved into a product wallet first. One claim a week is allowed, late applications are not accepted, and the bonus itself is valid for 7 days from the moment it arrives.
- Let the week close. The loss week ends Sunday at 23:59, Singapore time.
- Check your Main Wallet. It has to show under SGD 5 before you apply.
- Message customer service from Monday 14:00. Live Chat confirms your net loss and band.
- The rescue arrives with turnover. x5 in the fixed bands, x8 on the 5% band.
- Apply by Tuesday 14:00. After that the week is gone and does not carry forward.
Claim window
Monday 14:00 to Tuesday 14:00, Singapore time. Nothing earlier and nothing later is processed, and a missed week cannot be added to the next one.
One withdrawal only
This promotion allows one withdrawal. Once you take it, the rescue is finished for that week, so clear the turnover first rather than cashing out part way. If the bonus is lost in full before the turnover is met, the outstanding requirement does not carry over to your later deposits, and your next deposit is free of it.
Rescue only pays when a week goes badly. The small percentage returned on every bet you place, win or lose, works differently: it comes from your daily rebate claims, which you take yourself from Fund then Instant Rebate.

A rescue is not a plan
Look at the figures in the right order. Losing SGD 5,000 to receive SGD 250 back still leaves you SGD 4,750 down, and that SGD 250 arrives with SGD 2,000 of valid bets attached before it can be withdrawn. A rescue softens a bad week. It does not make one good.
That is why we would rather you decide your weekly budget before the week starts than chase a band once it has started going wrong. Playing on to push a SGD 2,400 loss into the SGD 2,500 band costs more than the SGD 50 difference in rescue it earns. The same goes for pushing towards SGD 5,000 to reach the percentage band.
If a losing week has you thinking about the next deposit rather than the next limit, that is the signal to stop. Setting a weekly limit before you play, and taking a break when a week runs away from you, keeps the rescue where it belongs: a small refund on play you had already budgeted for.
The calculator above gives you the band and the turnover before you message anyone. Sign in to confirm last week’s deposits and withdrawals, then apply from Monday 14:00.
Members ask
How is net loss counted for the weekly rescue?
Net loss is your deposits for the week minus your withdrawals minus any bonuses you received, counted from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 Singapore time. Play on Allbet, Mega888 and 918Kiss is left out of the calculation.
When can I claim the AW8 rescue bonus?
The window opens on Monday at 14:00 and closes on Tuesday at 14:00, Singapore time. Your Main Wallet has to be under SGD 5 when you apply through customer service, and late applications are not accepted.
What is the maximum weekly rescue?
The percentage band pays 5% of your net loss up to the cap of your tier: SGD 688 at Normal, rising to SGD 3,888 at Ruby, which is by invitation. The two lower bands pay a fixed SGD 68 or SGD 118.
Which games are excluded from the loss week?
Bets placed on Allbet, Mega888 and 918Kiss do not count towards the net loss used for this promotion. Every other provider in the lobby counts.
Can I withdraw more than once from a rescue bonus?
No. One withdrawal only is allowed for this promotion. If the bonus is lost in full, the outstanding turnover does not carry over to your later deposits.
How much turnover does the rescue carry?
The SGD 68 and SGD 118 bands carry x5, so SGD 340 and SGD 590 of valid bets. The 5% band carries x8, which on a SGD 265 rescue means SGD 2,120 of valid bets. The bonus is valid for 7 days.
